Job Description	To handle the legal aspects of all contracts/commercial agreements and documentation in regard to operations of the Company. Key Activities :  Prepare in-house contracts, notices, correspondences, etc.  Work closely with external counsels  Review and set directions for the legal aspects of Brand Management, IPR and various legal aspects of Immovable properties of the Company across the country.
