Answer with reasons whether the marriage is valid,void,Voidable or irregular in each of the following problems.

a)H ,a 22 years old Hindu male marries with W, a 16 years Old Muslim female under the special marriage act ,1954.

b)H,a Sunni male marries with W , A Parsi Female under the Muslim Law.

c)H, a Shia male marries with W ,a sunni female under the Muslim Law.

d)H,a Shia Male marries with W ,a christian female under the Muslim Law.

e)H, a Hindu Male marries with W,a Hindu Female who is of unsound mind under the Hindu Law.

Explain the absolute prohibitions to marriage under the Sunni Law.

OR

Explain the grounds of voidable marriage under the Hindu Law.

Explain the Legal Consequences of a child marriage under the prohibition of Child Marriage Act,2006.

Examine the conditions and legal effects of temporary marriage (Muta marriage).
