About : This Seminar is dedicated to explore the latest amendment in criminal law relate to women ,women's right ,women and criminal law etc. Interested participants are expected to submit their research  paper which shall be an analysis over Women & Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013 as to the impact ,consequence ,utility and possibility of misuse after  the amendment in the provision under the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013  moreover the specific issues to which your paper must cover is  , Crime against Women. in past , Law Enforcement Agencies under different law in India , Punishment to accuse of crime against women as death rape penalty in rape cases .
