Identify the fallacy in the following passages and explain how these passages involve the fallacy or fallacies :

(a) I am sure that their ambassador will be reasonable about matter .After all, man is a rational animal .

(b) All phenomenon in the universe are saturated with moral values .And ,there fore ,we can assert that the universe for Chinese is a moral universe .
