access to copies of answer sheets of all examinations. In the Case 'CBSE Vs Aditya Bandopadhyay ' Supreme court held that evaluated answer-sheets are covered under the definition of “information” under the RTI Act. This judgment have is applicable over all and every examinations like Public Service Commissions, Universities, CBSE and other boards, professional examination agencies like ICAI .
