Ghazals is religion Jagjit Singh is God

Jagjit Singh, media and various websites are saying u r no more with us....is it is true? my my conscious brain is not accepting this fact.i have no words to say for you legend.your art will live in my heart till my last breath it's my promise to you .i am one of your millions fans in country , abroad and haven.when u sing a line ,i feel like eternity ,i forget myself.it was my dream to see you once and perhaps it remain as dream.

My one of most favorite songs:

Effective Presentation Tips

Presentation that strikes fear in many a student. But if follow a few simple tips, you can pull off a glitch-free, interesting presentation that earns a good grade. In class room presentation "How you present is more important" than "what you present" .meaning thereby you are supposed to include only the most important information concerning to topic. And don't ponder to cover all the aspects of a vast topic. moreover ,apart form perpetration, you must know few skills and manner of an effective presentation which i m trying to summarize in few points..

1. Wish to audience. and tell what you are going to do .for example “Wish you a very warm good morning to all, my topic of presentation is …”____” ”.

2. A feeling of confidence that “yes I can do it better than anyone” and can collect all the glamour scattered in class within few minutes behind the podium.

3. Don’t look towards windows, walls and fan. makes an Eye contact with everyone.

4. Please don’t read the notes .it’s fine that you are there with your notes, but it does not mean u just start reading everything. You are supposed to speak there and to to gain maximum effect.

5. Stand in front of mirror, Practice giving your speech out loud. Try to pretend like you’re actually giving it in classroom .

6.try to avoid too much text .be precise and comprehensive .and use simple meaningful and relevant words and phrases in presentation.

7. if u want to emphasize any point move your hands and keep the audience interested. It will also channel your nervous energy into a better place.

8. at the end of presentation with a smile Make your points clear. Summarize what’s important about your speech .

9. Say thank you, come back with confidence. Know that everyone watching you.

10.My best wishes are always with you. good luck.

Role of Ethics and Social Philosophy in human life

Role of Ethics and Social Philosophy in human life

Introduction

Role of ethics and social philosophy in human life can be understood in wide sense via ideal character of Sri Ram in RamChartimans Arjun in BhagwadGita Chanyka in Chankyaniti as the guru of chandragupta and Mahatma Gandhi in Indian freedom movement .These legends are in itself an Ethics and they achieved there ends ,respective by means of ethics or via ethics

And if we consider their dictums norms and apply in society for evaluating social institutions and organizations it comes out as Social Philosophy; and role of this social philosophy can be seen as consequences like Ram Rajyaand Independence of India.

Ethics is the evaluative study of human actions behavior and also human character. ethics derived from ethos which means customs and traditions, morality is derived from MORASE means custom and traditions ;so ethics and morals are same thing. in simple words Ethics deals with standards by which we judge human actions to be ‘right ’ or ‘wrong ’.

Evaluation of Social Institution and function is Social Philosophy .it evaluates human behavior .Social philosophy is philosophical study of nature and functions of society .it also termed as social ethics .Ethics deals with individual and social philosophy deals with group as whole.

Role of Ethics and social philosophy :

all concrete and abstract things ,goodness and badness created by God. Distinction can be made between ought to do or not to do ,only after the mercy of God .it’s a fragment of role of ethics

Ethics make human being efficient to give moral judgment .moral judgment is a statement in which moral symbols are used like Good ,bad right wrong. and to decide object of moral judgment .

In Indian Ethics we start with a believe that there is a purpose known as Purusartha (soul) due to which human life comes into existence .Purusartha mean Purpose of soul .Purusatha are accepted In Indian ethics as Dharma Arth Kamaa Moksha.

In Gita krishana had said that Karma itself is God. therefore it can easily be understood that by using ethics human life can attain ultimate salvation ,salvation from this birth and death cycle .

Social problems like terrorism ,naxalite problem starts from ‘state of mind’ and goes till lat individual of society .meaning thereby it’s bad effects spread everywhere like light of sun .these problems can be solve if we ty to evaluate them by social philosophy and deals principles directed by it for instance Gandhi’s UNIVERSAL LOVE .universal love say love to all creature in this earth ,because everything is created by God .Gandhis’s universal love was based on AdvyaatVaad ,it’s mean there are only one reality ..if we belive on AdvyaatVaad Ad than no one will harm to other ,because it will be same as harm to himself .disease of terrorism must need medicine of universal love

Ethics as a thrust of nation building .

Social Ethics and culture

Ethics and human relations .

Ethics and law

man might may think that we believe ethically when we obey the law however ,confirmation with the law alone is not enough for ethically responsible behavior. Many will think something is wrong only if the law forbids it and vice versa .we must not accept this attitude because legal and moral are two different things .law does punish many actions that are morally wrong like murder but law also allows many actions that are morally offensive such as taking advantages of people .So in this way ethics sure instrumentality of law ,that will produce natural justice .

MOOT PREPOSITION for 1st and 2nd year,

MOOT PREPOSITION FOR SEMESTER I AND III

Mr. Vijay Khemka, Chairman of the Khemka Industries, one of the biggest Sugar Industries of Patliputra went to Abhaipur on 26th June, 2011 for a very special business deal. For his return journey on 29th June, 2011 he booked his ticket with the Paul Phillippe Airlines. Paul Phillippe Airline is ancillary airline of Government of India, though managed privately; it receives funding from the Government. The details of the E-Ticket are given as under:

Paul Phillippe IT 107 – Abhaipur to Kewada (NON-STOP)
Paul Phillippe IT 310 –Kewada to Patliputra (NON-STOP)

He reached the Abhaipur Airport 45 mins. before the scheduled departure of the Flight as mentioned on the Ticket. However, there was some technical failure in the administrative block of airlines due to which most of the computer systems were not working. Consequently there was a great fuss about it at the airport. Mr. Vijay took his boarding pass, which was manually written on a piece of paper, in great hurry as he was about to miss his flight owing to hue and cry at the airport and cleared his security check up. The flight took off to Kewada and on reaching Kewada Mr. Vijay changed his flight and boarded the connecting flight of Paul Phillippe to Patiliputra. On landing of the Flight at JPNI Airport. Patliputra he was not allowed to get down at Patliputra as the boarding pass ...
