MOOT PREPOSITION FOR SEMESTER I AND III

Mr. Vijay Khemka, Chairman of the Khemka Industries, one of the biggest Sugar Industries of Patliputra went to Abhaipur on 26th June, 2011 for a very special business deal. For his return journey on 29th June, 2011 he booked his ticket with the Paul Phillippe Airlines. Paul Phillippe Airline is ancillary airline of Government of India, though managed privately; it receives funding from the Government. The details of the E-Ticket are given as under:

Paul Phillippe IT 107 – Abhaipur to Kewada (NON-STOP)

Paul Phillippe IT 310 –Kewada to Patliputra (NON-STOP)

He reached the Abhaipur Airport 45 mins. before the scheduled departure of the Flight as mentioned on the Ticket. However, there was some technical failure in the administrative block of airlines due to which most of the computer systems were not working. Consequently there was a great fuss about it at the airport. Mr. Vijay took his boarding pass, which was manually written on a piece of paper, in great hurry as he was about to miss his flight owing to hue and cry at the airport and cleared his security check up. The flight took off to Kewada and on reaching Kewada Mr. Vijay changed his flight and boarded the connecting flight of Paul Phillippe to Patiliputra. On landing of the Flight at JPNI Airport.
