MOOT PREPOSITION FOR SEMESTER V, VII AND IX

Mukhtar Wahidi herein after referred as the workman was employed as a Conductor with the Hilsa State Road Transport Corporation herein after referred as the Corporation in the year 2000. He was appointed in the Corporation on the basis of the eligibility criteria and scheduled interview and test. He bears a good moral character and behavior and also there were no allegations against him looking at the previous record of his services where he served. The Corporation comes under the managing of the State and has been duly established by the State under the Welfare Scheme of the Government with the objective of providing quality service to the citizens. The entire funding of the Corporation is being borne by the State under the Welfare Scheme of the Government.

On 30/09/2003 while the workman was on duty on a Bus bearing Registration No. HRH-2877, playing on Munger-Nawada-Jamui Route. It was checked by one S.B. Mishra, a traffic Inspector and one S.N. Verma, an Assistant traffic Inspector at a little distance from Purabsarai, the last stoppage of the bus before its checking. In the checking it was found that ....
