Presentation that strikes fear in many a student. But if follow a few simple tips, you can pull off a glitch-free, interesting presentation that earns a good grade. In class room presentation "How you present is more important" than "what you present" .meaning thereby you are supposed to include only the most important information concerning to topic. And don't ponder to cover all the aspects of a vast topic. moreover ,apart form perpetration, you must know few skills and manner of an effective presentation which i m trying to summarize in few points..
1. Wish to audience. and tell what you are going to do .for example “Wish you a very warm good morning to all, my topic of presentation is …”____” ”.
2. A feeling of confidence that “yes I can do it better than anyone” and can collect all the glamour scattered in class within few minutes behind the podium.
3. Don’t look towards windows, walls and fan. makes an Eye contact with everyone.
4. Please don’t read the notes .it’s fine that you are there with your notes, but it does not mean u just start reading everything. You are supposed to speak there and to to gain maximum effect.
5. Stand in front of mirror, Practice giving your speech out loud. Try to pretend like you’re actually giving it in classroom .
6.try to avoid too much text .be precise and comprehensive .and use simple meaningful and relevant words and phrases in presentation.
7. if u want to emphasize any point move your hands and keep the audience interested. It will also channel your nervous energy into a better place.
8. at the end of presentation with a smile Make your points clear. Summarize what’s important about your speech .
9. Say thank you, come back with confidence. Know that everyone watching you.
